Our primary clients are private equity real estate companies, as well as public sector organizations and private individuals. Our company designs projects of various sizes, including new construction public, office, and commercial buildings. We also specialize in public buildings such as educational and sports facilities. Additionally, a significant portion of our work focuses on residential construction, including multi-apartment residential buildings, single-family homes, duplexes, and more. PAO Architects is a family-owned business led by project manager and architect Paulius Petkus, who has over 20 years of experience in project management, design, and construction. While 80% of our activities are carried out in Lithuania, we have also completed projects in Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and even in Australia in the past.
